Terry Robinson, Chief Executive Officer, has served as a senior executive in community banking for 30 years.  He served as President & Chief Executive Officer of The Vintage Bank and parent North Bay Bancorp based in Napa, California from 1988 to 2007, when the company was sold.  During his tenure, Robinson oversaw growth of the bank from $26 million in assets to approximately $675 million, attaining consistent growth in earnings and a number one market share in its primary market.

Prior to joining Vintage, Robinson served as Executive Vice President and Director of American Bank of Commerce in Boise, Idaho, where he began his banking career.  Prior to his career in community banking, he worked for three years as a consultant with a major accounting firm specializing in financial institutions. 

Robinson attended the University of Idaho, where he received a B.S. degree in business and later attended U.C. Berkeley, where he acquired an MBA degree in finance.  He has been a licensed CPA in both Idaho and California.  Robinson has served in numerous civic capacities as a board member and/or chairman, including the United Way, a symphony association and hospital foundation.
